Regardless of shipping method, with summer temperatures any time spent in a hot mailbox can damage or kill cultures. Someone must be present at the shipping address when the mail is delivered to bring it in immediately.
Standard shipping is priced as stated in the item description. This is a polymailer with culture in a Tyvek envelope.
Priority Mail shipping with a styro box liner is $7.00 + Standard Shipping cost. If standard shipping for an item is $3.45 then Priority Shipping for that item is $3.45 + $7.00 = $10.45
